Return Policy: We do not accept returns and all sales are final. If we receive an item as undeliverable, refused or your parents did not approve of your purchase and have refused the package and are contacting Paypal because they don't have control of their children - we will gladly take the item back for a 45% restocking fee if the item has not been tampered with, otherwise, all sales are final and there are no returns.
Shipping: We charge a modest handling fee which includes our drive to / from USPS, the cost of our shipping supplies, the time it takes to package your item, and the gas we spend to drop items off @ the USPS. We do not ship in old boxes, newspapers and trash bags. We do not smoke. We are collectors and will ensure we ship the way we would want our dolls to arrive in our hands. This means we spend real money on supplies and invest time to ensure your items arrive the way they left our hands. On average, we take approximately 10-15 minutes on each package. If you feel that our time and energy is not valuable enough to charge a small handling fee, then please choose another seller to do business with, as we completely respect your opinion and we expect that we are doing business with someone we could sit down with and spend quality time with and can understand what goes through processing an order from start to finish. We do not enjoy spending time with cheap people who nickle and time, so please do not try and nickel and dime us on our shipping fees.
